Clogged pores indicate trouble. When the face or skin experiences clogged pores, there will be acne sprouting out very quickly. That is usually a danger sign or the skin’s cry for help. Clogged pores are actually enlarged pores that are inflamed with dirt and impurities in that spot on the skin.

Effects

Clogged pores can cause to spring on many undesirable effects. They can be painful and discomforting, as they continue to grow with the impurities and dirt, converging on that one spot on the face.

Clogged pores can cause one to lose self confidence and be awkward in public. People sporting clogged pores feel intimidated, as if all eyes seem focused on the red spots on their faces. They are not able to interact with others since they tend to be self- conscious of every move they make.

Clogged pores are actually the building up of impurities and dirt that spring up acne. During the process, the skin is stretched; thus, the texture of the skin becomes uneven. This can be quite permanent if the right resolution is not undertaken quickly. The face becomes hilly and uneven; it becomes an unattractive sight. There may be scars and tightness lined over the skin where the clogged pores were.

Although it may be a source, it can also be seen as an effect; oily skin arises from clogged pores. This layer of excess oil on the skin causes the face to shine unnaturally.

Treatment

There are many effective treatments to remove clogged pores. Proper treatments with the right skin care products can do wonders to eradicate clogged pores. The skin can be smooth and soft again, leaving one to look fresh and beautiful.

Excessive oil on the face is not healthy. It works against the skin cells, which cannot breathe to remain supple and fresh. Oily skin also attracts more dust and dirt to the face, to cause more clogging of pores. Hence, one easy solution is to check the diet taken. Reduce the amount of fatty and spicy foods consumed. Do not over indulge in smoked and fried foods that contain a lot of oil.

A disciplined cleansing is an important treatment of getting rid of clogged pores. Avoid washing with bar soaps that contain harmful chemicals and acid contents.

Consider natural ingredient skincare products if possible, to care for the face. There are commercially prepared natural ingredients skin care products and there are homemade skincare products. The latter is cheaper, if the natural ingredients grow in the backyard or garden. Otherwise, commercially prepared, natural ingredient based skincare products are just as effective.
